How we made an impact
First we looked at the relevant learning strategies & psychological learning styles for the type of people that were taking the induction and found that the test based system was alienating the candidates who felt that the process was a test, rather than an induction. Novus custom built an innovative Interactive Learning Modular HD DVD system. This new system embraced a variety of learning styles and gave the candidate the latest full screen broadcast audiovisuals. Novus also addressed learning disabilities & foreign languages, at the touch of the screen. Along with designing the new training programme, we also provided and installed the latest hardware to seamlessly integrate the system into it's new environment .

Results
Novus Digital & GE Healthcare have built an ongoing relationship and developed a new, innovative method of training all of their contractors to consistently high standards. The savings benefit to GE Heathcare has been significant too, not only in terms of the financial year on year savings, but the new platform has also reduced training time by over by 65% and increased pass rates from 70% to 100%.
